What we keep. Your email address (to sign you in), your saved Whys, Ticks and goals, and your choices on the welcome screen.

Your conversations. Messages you send the journey guide go to Anthropic, which provides the AI, to write each reply. We only keep the text of your conversations if you turned on "Help the guide get better". Those are used to improve the questions, with your name and email removed.

Simple counts. For everyone, we keep counts that hold none of your words: which version of a question you saw, how many answers it took, and whether a Why or Tick was saved or edited. If you ask to hear when Talk is ready, we note which level you asked about so we can tell you.

Your control. Turn learning on or off in My Account. Turning it off removes your saved conversations from the learning set. Deleting your account removes everything.
